The Guide Michelin in Cognac: a starry day
Every year, a long-awaited event in the world of gastronomy take place. Who does not know the famous red book that was first produced in the early 20th century? The annual publication of the Guide Michelin coincides with a ceremony during which stars are awarded to the best restaurants. On 22nd March 2022, our region and in particular Cognac had the honour of staging this ceremony for the first regional outing ever. All the famous chefs, journalists and influencers got to discover our local savoir-faire before the ceremony that was held in the Avant-Scène theatre in Cognac. The organisation of this event in Cognac bears witness to the French excellence of our region.
