Hennessy’s Les Visites welcome epicurean travellers year-round in Cognac, France, offering a range of guided and private tours to discover the secrets behind Hennessy’s time-honored craftsmanship.

Immersive Initiation tour:
Designed as an introduction to cognac, this guided tour offers a comprehensive overview of Hennessy’s history, its time-honoured craftsmanship and the secrets behind the making of our most iconic cognacs.
Hennessy X.O tour:
This guided tour for cognac lovers explores one of our most iconic blends, Hennessy X.O – a subtle, multifaceted blend created by Maurice Hennessy in 1870 for his innermost circle. As a rare treat to our visitors, we also open the doors to our prestigious “Paradis” Cellar, where some of the Maison’s oldest and most precious eaux-de-vie are stored.
DESTINATION DISTILLERY:
From November to March, discover the distillery in action: watch our experts at work, admire the beautiful copper stills and become versed in the intricate process of how wine is transformed into eau-de-vie. An ideal experience to understand the complex transformation process of the eau-de-vie that goes into our blends.
DESTINATION COOPERAGE:
Constructing new barrels and caring for the venerable barrels in which our eaux-de-vie mature requires patience, precision and an absolute mastery of woodcraft. Discover the Hennessy Cooperage and meet our master coopers, who pass on their knowledge from generation to generation.
DESTINATION VINEYARD:
From May to September, discover the Hennessy vineyards on an electrically-assisted bike in the company of an experienced guide, and enjoy one of the finest panoramas in the Grande Champagne region. You will also learn more about Hennessy’s commitment to sustainable viticulture and the protection of biodiversity.
MY DECANTER MASTERCLASS:
Located in the historic district of Cognac, Maison Hennessy’s prestigious “Editions Rares” workshop is dedicated to the preparation of some of our most exceptional decanters. This DIY masterclass is a rare opportunity to find out more about our know-how and personalize your own Paradis Mini 5cl decanter using traditional techniques.
