On offer in its verdant setting are swimming and walks and a host of activities centring on a sandy beach. From the start of summer until the month of October, it is particularly appreciated by local people and an unmissable destination for you.

Le Bain des Dames is an approved Sport and Nature resort and offers a large range of activities:

  • A sandy beach, supervised in July and August, the only one in Destination Cognac,
  • A restaurant area in July and August,
  • A picnic area set by the river and the Flow Vélo bike trail,
  • Paddle, pedalo, canoe and kayak hire daily in July and August,
  • A fitness trail,
  • A climbing park (accro-parc),
  • Children’s games,
  • Sports area: table tennis, boules, volleyball, beach volley and fishing

Cycling

Set on the Flow Vélo and Scanibérique cycle routes, the Bain des Dames is an ideal place for a break on your journey.
Bike parking available and you can bivouac here the summer months – maximum one night. The Bain des Dames is also a starting point for ATB (VTT) trails.
