The visit begins with a film giving a first look at the profession of cooper.
Then the guide accompanies you in the wood yard where the maturation of the oak pieces takes place.
You are then immersed in the heart of the workshop with the coopers.
You attend the production stages of a barrel, from the choice of oak pieces, through toasting and
finishing.
At the end of the visit, you can admire the goods produced by the four Best Cooperage Workers in
France in the shop, and purchase if you wish, a piece of cooperage art.
