Located about 16 km from Cognac, in a hamlet in the heart of the vineyards of Grande Champagne, the Gite de la Bonne Chauffe consists of two adjoining houses created in a 19th century house, typically Charentaise, completely renovated in 2014.
The gîte is open all year round and can accommodate up to 4 people. It has the Tourism and Auditory, Visual and Mental Disability label.
You will enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation on the terrace of the swimming pool common to the two lodgings. Possibility of hiking in the middle of vineyards or mountain bike rides to the nearby dolmen.
Each cottage has at the rear of the house a private terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, relaxation area and enclosed garden.
Each unit has an equipped kitchen, with microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, electric oven, dishwasher and washing machine, large fridge and freezer as well as a living room with flat screen TV, DVD player and stereo , WIFI and a hair dryer. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is new.
Gîte Col de Cygne (4 people): Ground floor: entrance, kitchen-living room, terrace, bathroom-wc and 1 bedroom with a bed of 160 cm. On the floor: 1 room with two beds of 90 cm and a bed umbrella, toilet, mezzanine with a click-clac. This cottage is not labeled motor handicap but can allow people with reduced mobility to stay.

Bed linen rental: € 8 per bed (beds made on arrival)
