You'll be lucky to arrive at this tastefully renovated country house! The place and time are magical, ideal for rest and relaxation, cycling and hiking.

This pretty 120 m2 3* listed property and its 2500 m2 grounds, with private access and facilities, can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. You’ll be 14 km from Jarnac, 29 km from Angoulême and 26 km from Cognac, in the heart of the vineyards.

Step inside this charming house and admire the stonework and exposed beams, the old-world charm and the stone fireplaces that the owners have taken great care to preserve. Enjoy a large living room, dining room and library with flat-screen TV, wifi, reading material and board games. Then there’s the well-equipped, warm and colorful kitchen, where you can catch a glimpse of the vines.

Sleeping arrangements include three charming bedrooms: one with a 140 cm double bed, another with either two 90 cm beds or a 180 cm bed, and a third with two single beds upstairs. Finally, there’s a bathroom with large shower and double washbasin.

A highchair and cot are also available.

Outside, two enclosed landscaped areas and a large plot of land are at your disposal. Breathe in the fresh air, listen to the calm of the countryside. That’s why the telephone network inside is very weak! Plenty of facilities: gas barbecue, deckchairs, parasol, garden furniture, children’s games. There’s also an enclosed storage area for your bicycles.

Bonus: Pets are allowed. However, an additional charge of €40/pet will be made for special cleaning on departure.

You’ll be welcomed on site by Laura’s Conciergerie team. For your convenience, you’ll be offered an eco-responsible welcome kit, with all the essentials such as oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, garbage bags, toilet paper, soap, coffee and tea pods, sponge and washing-up liquid. Beds will be made up on arrival, and towels, bath mats and kitchen towels will be at your disposal.
