Bar Louise

The first cocktail bar in Cognac to open in 2012, Louise was originally within the François Premier Hotel. It moved to its own premises a few steps away with independent access in summer 2017.

The atmosphere is chic and relaxed with a contemporary interior. The cocktail menu is regularly renewed and is always very creative, highlighting cognac, local spirits, fresh and homemade products.

A selection of local dishes prepared with care on site by our chef is available every day and without reservation.
