THE VISIT OF THE FARM
The tour starts outside with a reading of the landscape between vines and walnut trees. The choice of the grape varieties and the importance of the nut in the local economy up to the mechanization of the agricultureare are explained. Then, the owner briefly presents the work in the vineyard over the seasons and the architecture of the farmhouse in the 18th cebtury.
Visitors are introduced to the olfactory tasting before tasting « la noisée » and the very old cognac.
The tour lasts about 1h30. The commentaries are adapted to the group according to the interest and the time available for each person.

BETWEEN VALLEYS AND HILLSIDES
A hike between valleys and hillsides can be offered. The 2,5 km circuit lasts about 1hour 15. The owner passionate about local history will tell you about the life of the peasants from the Middle Age to the present days.
Among the hillsides of Grande Champagne, we will linger at the bottom of a valley in front of an 11th century church then in front of a very beautyful merchant’s residence. And we will continue the hike through the vineyard to appreciate the landscape with its Tuscan allure.
The visit to the distillery will round off your gateway.
You should allow at least one additional tasting.
10€ for the total service or 5€ for the hike only.
