In the heart of the Grande Champagne and surrounded by an authentic aura, we invite you to share with us the cognac's elaboration process.
Depending on the time of the year you will be able to discover the "real" craft of the vineyard, the grape harvest and the very rare and fascination wood fuelled distillation process.
We will take you to our cellars where our brandy matures in order for us to compose our own cognac : Raison Personnelle. If you wish, we invite you to taste out different aged brandy involved in the steps of it’s creation.
