Raw food workshop and cognac tasting.
In this culinary workshop, we’ll guide you through the preparation of four raw bites: from fish to meat, vegetable and fruit, you’ll work with different types of ingredients and then pair your delicious creations with our cognacs from our Grande Champagne estate , Bonneuil.

What’s included: welcome tea, tour of the historic cellars, tasting of 6 cognacs, preparation and tasting of four bite-sized dishes.
