La Compagnie de Bouteville combines culture and tastes during a visit of the castle and its company of artisanal French balsamic in Bouteville, Charente.

During the visit, guests discover the history of Bouteville at the foot of the castle with a breathtaking view of the vineyard then join the Fabrique du Baume de Bouteville, to discover its history, the five stages of its production and end with an oyster tasting accompanied by our products.
