Distillers of new ideas and creativity, the Moine family has always been concerned with making the invisible visible and sharing its experience.
Since 1990, this family has been offering the Circuit du chêne: a circuit to meet the
– cooper : you will follow step by step the transformation of oak stave wood into staves. You will see the wood bend and become a barrel thanks to the magic of the fire and the know-how of the cooper.
– distiller : in the distillery, you will discover the subtleties of Charente distillation. In the cellars, you will be introduced to the mysteries of Cognac ageing.
