In April 2024, the Citadelle Distillery, the first gin in France with more than a quarter of a century of expertise, will inaugurate its opening to the public, thus offering a unique immersive experience, which will allow visitors to delve into its history and its manufacturing process.

Led by a team of enthusiasts, the Citadelle Distillery embodies a philosophy based on creativity, respect for quality know-how, as well as a deep attachment to the local terroir.

This new tourist destination invites visitors to explore the secrets of this now iconic Gin. At the heart of the Citadelle Distillery, visitors will have the opportunity to discover the different stages of its production, ranging from the harvest of juniper berries and citrus fruits, all produced around the Château, to the expertise of distillation in an impressive cathedral distillery, through the aging in barrels of some of its most unique references. The luckiest ones will even be able to interact with the Distillery’s experts, in full production, who will share their knowledge and their passion with visitors and perhaps even taste some little gems straight from the barrels.
