This stone house of 85m², which has 3 bedrooms, can accommodate 5 adults.It is located at the bottom of a pleasant garden enclosed by walls of 2m, with a large terrace facing south, in town 400 m from the center pool and well being XEAU de Cognac, movie theaters, Vertigo center (bowling, children’s games, restaurant) food shops and an hour from the Atlantic beaches. The banks of La Charente are less than 2km from the house.A magnificent 18 hole golf course in the vineyards is in Saint Brice 5 km from the house.
You can park for free in the nearby streets and in the enclosed courtyard if the vehicles are medium-sized. A covered shelter is available for bicycles

This rental offers on the ground floor:
a living room and kitchen,
2 bedrooms one with a bed of 160, the other a bed of 140,
a bathroom with bath,
a separate toilet.
on the second floor:
a attic room with 2 beds of 140.

You will have the tablecloths, tea towels and household products necessary for maintenance.
Bed and toilet linen is obligatory for a flat fee of 60€

The house has electric radiators and an insert (wood is available)

You will find all the comfort you might need (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, small electric griddle, toaster, garden furniture, iron, kettle). There are three coffee makers a classic a Dolce Gusto and a nespresso (provide the pods)

The rental is equipped with an internet connection and a TV is available with the DTT channels.

35% discount from 4 weeks rental (excluding school holidays)

4 nights minimum rental
The participation in the end-of-stay household is 50€ in
Deposit 300 € to be paid 3 weeks before the beginning of the rental, supplement on arrival.
Free cancellation at least 2 weeks before the start of the rental.
For late cancellation within 14 days the deposit is kept.
A deposit of 300€ will be requested upon arrival.
The tourist tax per day and per occupant will be charged and remitted to the organisation concerned.
