You can visit the surrounding vineyards, meet the producers and tour the major Cognac houses. There is easy access via a private road and a car park. The entire area is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The swimming pool is heated, secure and enclosed. The gîte comprises a large open-plan living area: dining room, lounge, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Sleeping accommodation: a first bedroom with a double bed and dressing area, a second bedroom with two beds that can be moved closer together and a dressing area, and a convertible sofa for two people. Large bathroom with double washbasin, walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Linen included. Separate WC. Washing machine. Heating: pellet stove and gentle heat radiators. Enclosed garden, terrace, garden furniture and garden furniture and deckchairs. There are also a number of leisure activities on site (pétanque, table tennis, table football, darts). Motorbikes and bicycles can be parked in an enclosed building.
