The history of Maison Brillet began over 300 years ago, with Guy Brillet, father and founder of the winery in the very heart of the Cognac region. History is often written by two, and it was with Vivien, 7th generation, supported by his loving wife, that Maison Brillet was established in Graves-Saint-Amant, at a place called Les Aireaux. In 1850, he and Anna decided to set up the winery and distillery in this enchanting commune, bordered by the bucolic Charente river. The family vineyard was also expanded. Driven by the same passion, Jean-Louis Brillet, 10th generation, is fervently committed to promoting the appellation and the estate, with the aim of offering a distinctive product.

In 1985, he created Belle de Brillet, named after his “Belle”, his wife Isabelle: a unique liqueur combining pear and cognac in a distinctive pear-shaped bottle, it can be enjoyed as an after-dinner drink or as an aperitif. Inspired by this beautiful liqueur, Maison Brillet is delighted to invite you to discover this privileged place, just restored in a unique style, combining harmony and enchantment!
