Tasting Tour: On appointment we welcome you for a guided tour of the entire property, starting with the vineyard, wine-making process, distillation, aging and blending processes and a tasting of 2 pineaux and 2 cognacs at the end. The tour will be led by Théophile or Pierre-Louis.
